Of US bank customers during previous quarter: Nearly 90% visited a bank teller. Nearly 50% called their bank.

Who is calling banks?

Millennials call their banks at 1.7 times the rate of those 55 and older.

Younger customers are mobile users, but need more basic banking information than most digital channels provide.
